Guest data is the sensitive kind
Passports, medical notes and allergies are what this system exists to handle, so the claims below are the ones our codebase actually enforces — no more, no less. Details on the security page.
- Guest data is stored in an EU-region database.
- Passport numbers and medical notes are encrypted at the field level, on top of disk encryption.
- Role-based access: client viewers never see medical or passport data; property partners see only their own property's list.
- Tenant isolation is exercised by an automated cross-tenant test suite on every change.
- Closing an event permanently destroys passports, medical, dietary and accessibility data — verified by a 24-assertion harness.
- Sensitive actions are written to an audit trail.
